The Ann Arbor Public Art Commission is seeking submissions of qualifications from artists and muralists to create a mural in a city park. The mural location will be in Allmendinger Park on a park shelter. The park shelter has 12 concrete pillars surrounding it--these pillars are to be the surface for the mural. The city park is a widely used neighborhood park and the proposed mural should reflect that. The budget for the project is $10,000. A Statement of Qualification is due November 14th, 2011.
