The Ann Arbor Public Art Commission is seeking submissions of qualifications from artists and muralists to create a mural in a city park. Questions about the wisdom of maintaining a public arts program (under the auspices of the city's Ann Arbor Public Art Commission) in the face of current budget realities persist.
