The Arts Alliance serves as a regional regranting agency for the Minigrant program through a partnership with the Michigan Council for Arts & Cultural Affairs (MCACA). We administer Minigrants to organizations and artists based in Region 9 – Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw County. Minigrants are special funding opportunities to address local arts and cultural needs and increase public access to arts and culture.
